1. What types of perfumes do you sell?
We sell two premium types of perfumes: original Dubai perfumes, which are authentic imports, and high-quality generic oil-based perfumes made with 20% fragrance oil and 80% alcohol, giving them Eau de Parfum (EDP) strength.
2. Are your perfumes long-lasting?
Yes, both our original Dubai perfumes and our oil-based EDPs are designed for excellent longevity. Just a few sprays offer hours of captivating fragrance.
3. How elegant is your packaging?
We offer super elegant and luxurious packaging, perfect for gifting or a personal treat. Every detail is designed to impress.
4. Do you deliver across South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide in South Africa using The Courier Guy. However, we do not deliver to farms, plots, or locations/townships.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
6. How much does delivery cost?
We proudly offer free delivery across South Africa.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details to follow your delivery via The Courier Guy.

9. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for Original Dubai Perfumes if the item is sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original condition, returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds on customized or oil-based perfumes.
10. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
No, we are a retail-only store and do not offer wholesale or bulk purchasing at this time.
11. What is the difference between your original and generic perfumes?
Our original Dubai perfumes are authentic, imported luxury scents. Our generic oil-based perfumes are locally crafted using EDP-grade concentration for a rich, long-lasting scent at a more affordable price.
12. Are your generic perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
Our perfumes are made with quality ingredients, but as with all fragranced products, we recommend doing a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
13. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
14. Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only store, which allows us to offer luxury-quality perfumes at competitive prices.
