 Refund Policy – Fragranza SA

At Fragranza SA, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality perfumes and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Generic Oil-Based Perfumes: These are crafted with 20% fragrance oil and 80% alcohol (EDP strength) and packaged in our elegant branded bottles. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.Scent dissatisfaction or longevity complaints are not valid reasons for a return or refund.

2. Refund Eligibility for Original Dubai Perfumes

Refunds will only be considered for Original Dubai Perfumes under the following conditions:

The perfume is sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.

The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

3. Return Conditions

Items must meet all criteria listed above to qualify for a refund.

Fragranza SA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will verify the issue and, if valid, offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Supporting photos may be required to assess damage or errors.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund:

5.1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.


5.2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


5.3. Pack the item securely in its original condition and return it to the provided address.


5.4. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Important Notes

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, scent preference, or perceived longevity.
